Pros

The benefits aren’t half bad. The 401k benefits and dental plan are especially good. I’m well aware that not everyone that works here are wild about the complete benefits package, but to each their own. I’m happy with the current options because they work for me.

Through our benefits committee, we have been able to solicit specific input in to our benefits and recently incorporated these changes in to our benefits package. This has been a valuable feedback that we will continue to utilize in benefit discussions.

One of the best parts about working at ArdentMC is the family-oriented culture. I’m treated respectfully by the management and everyone looks out for one another. You’re not just an employee here. You feel like you’re part of the family.

Cons

Some employees have poor morale and try to bring others down around them.
