I've been with the company less than a year and I immediately felt a sense of family and togetherness. You don't get that everywhere, especially with senior management. I enjoy everyone that I work with or encounter. This company is growing and have some of the best talent in a consulting firm within the DMV area and in their Tulsa office. They work with you and your needs and works hard to meet them. They offer professional development benefits and encourage you to take advantage. The more you develop, they more you're an asset to the firm. The company is working hard to make their benefits more attractive by having a benefits committee and to keep moral on a high, they have a social committee.
Cons
This company could use a PMO to manage all of the great projects and resources that they have.
