great company ..management isn't really present

Pros

- great building and free snacks -very laid back and genuine - work life balance seems to be in check

Cons

- onboarding still has its sea legs - be ready to sink or swim -managemnet could care less how you do with the endless " trial by fire" they have put in place - better be detail oriented or they will eat you alive

Great pay, incredible benefits, and just the right level of business development: Not too bureaucratic but not too much of a start-up.

Cons

Moving to central Atlanta. Not excited about the traffic for that.
