Pros

-Fantastic people, all with a great work ethic. -Working on and developing the latest technology in the industry. -Increasingly good benefits -Incredible outlook for company growth in the future

Cons

-Outgrew the current building too quickly due to tremendous growth. -Fast-paced work can lead to burnout

Pros

This company has a rare comradery that keeps me excited to go to work. The projects allow for a lot of design freedom and responsibility right off the bat. Most employees were heavily involved with colligate design teams so their work ethic is best of the best.

Cons

Sometimes there are 2-3 months of long hours (60 hour weeks) but that's the nature of the beast. I do not see this really as a con but more of a heads up.
