Pros

Great benefits, all paid for Stock options offered in lieu of 401k Biweekly pay and pay stubs accessible by ‘Rippling’ Great training team and clear work instructions Real company growth possible

Cons

Strong presents of clicks. If key people don’t like you, it could be hard to advance or even stay at the company. I watched someone get use as a scapegoat so much that management ended up letting them go. I’ve worked at many places but here it seems to be different in every way. Some good, some bad.

Pros

The company seems to be doing things for the world that are important. The culture is great, everyone is smart and as friendly as any group of engineers. Everyone has hobbies and enjoys life.

Cons

No 401k match, but the equity in Anduril may make up for that.

Pros

Area-I is an incredible place to work at. The exposure to technology, responsibility given, peer to peer support, and opportunity to work on next generation UAV's is unmatched in industry. Benefits are awesome and representative of a California based startup. Could not ask for better.

Cons

Very easy to overwork and if you struggle "no" can get yourself into dangerous positions. Unfortunately there are times where no is presented as not an option. Growing pains as area-I expands through the startup phase leads to frustration with antiquated ways of operation while also struggling to find the time to create and get accustomed to the new.
