India leadership is a ghost — no passion, vision, or mission. No one is bothered about how the India GCC is doing compared to peers. Lack of team spirit and synergy across teams. Everything is running in pilot mode, India GCC contribution is negligible, and onshore counterparts are keeping the cream work while throwing garbage work to India. If you are coming from a third-party culture, you may be able to adjust.
