Pros

Shift allowance and meal allowance provided Uber drop facility for shifts ending post 9 PM Free cold drinks available Good company for introverts or those who like to work in silence, want a stable salary, and just get work done without the passion pressure

Cons

India leadership is a ghost — no passion, vision, or mission. No one is bothered about how the India GCC is doing compared to peers. Lack of team spirit and synergy across teams. Everything is running in pilot mode, India GCC contribution is negligible, and onshore counterparts are keeping the cream work while throwing garbage work to India. Office location is one of the biggest disadvantages — why would a reputed global financial firm open an office at Sakinaka signal in a dead campus? Seems like senior leadership fooled US management with cost-saving claims while peers are set up in proper corporate locations instead of industrial ones. Pathetic corporate services — a few third-party staff members rob fruits, milk, and other items kept for employees, and no one cares because senior leadership is obviously busy working from home. Not blaming them it's failure of oversight and governance. No growth, no learning. Big downgrade if you are coming from good, reputed companies. If you are coming from a third-party culture, you may be able to adjust.

Pros

-Committed to adopting the latest technologies -Until 2025, Ares stood out as one of my most trusted organizations due to its progressive and open policies -Prior to 2025, we took pride in being part of Ares and cherished our identity as Aresians

Cons

The organization undergoes structural or leadership changes at least twice a year. In 2026, there was a mass layoff, creating a sense of no job security. Every day, one or two employees are terminated without clear justification, under the pretext of organizational restructuring. Only one or two teams have access to the latest technology, while the rest lack exposure to modern technical skills.and This imbalance has created additional anxiety, as many fear layoffs due to not working with the latest tools. We work under constant fear due to unpredictable, ad hoc terminations. Overall, the workforce operates under constant stress and uncertainty, driven by unpredictable and ad hoc terminations.
