      Overall, a good place to work, if you only want a paycheck

      Pros

      The people are extremely friendly and a lot of their upper and senior management comes from bigger companies such as Microsoft. The office is also one of the best I've ever seen throughout all my on-site interviews.

      Cons

      The customers are in no way technical. Often times, you will be doing the DBA's job at some random bank. Scope creep is also a serious problem.

      1. gets paid; 2. We have a very nice break room and bathroom, and there is always plenty of TP in the bathroom.

      Pros

      Nice vacation plans. Nice building, benefits weren't too bad. I enjoyed the out-of-office activities. The people were really nice. Nice view of Richardson.

      Cons

      Management never provided me with any kind of feedback. I would rarely if ever see anyone who worked on the same project as I did since they purposely interspersed all departments together. The lack of any communication with managers was disconcerting.
