Pros

I love my job, our company delivers dental, vision, and audiology to nursing home residents. Everyday is different and challenging. My team is great and we have a lot of fun working together. Way better than my office practice.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. The growth of the company can lead to some longer hours some days, but it also has lead to more opportunities for me.

Thank you for providing your feedback! We are glad to hear that you have had a positive experience with Aria thus far. With the variety of ancillary medical services we provide, we are able to greatly impact and improve our patients’ lives. This of course could not be possible without our amazing teams within Aria. As we continue to grow, we are always looking for other great individuals that would fit with our organization and offer an employee referral bonus. We appreciate you being a valued member of the team!

Please Give Raises Not Pizza Parties

Pros

The people are great to work with. Most bank holidays off paid, and a week during the holiday season off and paid is nice on top of our regularly accrued PTO. Supervisers are typically willing to work with employees regarding scheduling needs. On a typical work day, employees are mostly allowed to work autonomously.

Cons

Leadership keeps saying they can't afford cost of living raises but tries to motivate with pizza parties and snacks in honor of the executives. The bonus structure changes as soon as employees start actually making bonuses. The health insurance is awful. The solution this year was to offer a higher cost plan with somehow less coverage and flexibility. Raises are merit based determined by annual reviews, there is no cost of living increase. The employees have less than 24 hours to complete their self assessment and then have to wait weeks for their review to be scheduled. There is no survey or process for employees to give feedback, and therefore no anonymous way to do so. There is a general consensus that even if employees were to voice their concerns, there would be retribution.

We appreciate your feedback. To best serve our employees, we have a wide range of benefits, including generous PTO and paid holiday policies, market-competitive pay, a variety of medical and voluntary benefits that employees can select based on their individual needs, and a 401(k) employer contribution. At Aria, we have an open door policy which allows employees to share their feedback with management or Human Resources. Please feel free to reach out to your manager or a member of the HR team in order to discuss your pay concerns. Additionally, we have begun an annual employee feedback survey which allows our employees to provide anonymous feedback. We are glad to have you as a member of our Aria team!
