Great company. Great culture. Many career advancement opportunities. Good benefits. They always make sure you are happy. Overall a wonderful place to work.

Cons

Not much to say here. Wonderful work life balance. Too many meetings but it keeps everybody in the loop. It's a world wide company and very organized.

Involved with integration of systems. Including the gathering of information from previous system to develop processes within the new system to accommodate all customer account information along with a way to identify all reporting information. Along with the integration process, i also wrote the procedures for the system processes for our department. Including account group codes, price files, etc.
