Pros

Interesting product and plenty of work.

Cons

Benefits are lacking including salary. A revolving door of people causes constant training leading to issues.

Thank you for taking the time to review our organization. We are happy to report that considering the time that has passed since this reviewer may have worked here, our hiring attitude has certainly changed for the better in the past two years. Additionally, we take pride in our complete benefits package to include no health premium increases 3 years in a row. Our 401k plan is one of the best in the region, and we are pleased to have an on-site fitness center with trainers. We continue to enhance our benefits to be above the standard for organizations like us. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your review.

Pros

Very competitive market. The changes happening now, should of happen 15 years ago, the company would be in a stronger position in the market.

Cons

Always had a high turnover for lack of training from poor management,

Thank you for taking the time to respond. We agree, many of the changes should have happened in the past. While we wish we can change the past, we can only change the future. Training was almost non-existent with Aries until now. The new training program with the foundational training and functional training will bridge that gap. Again, we wish we can train everyone in one day on all aspects of the training identified and documented, it just isn't feasible. We believe that this is going to make Aries even better. Transformation not done, but getting closer

Pros

Benefits are affordable. You can earn rebates for participating in wellness activities. It's really easy to get these rebates with not much effort. My favorite is a Personal Trainer comes 3 times a week for free. Vacation has been improved in the past year and finally there is a strong focus on Accountability. Many peers don't get the concept, they are constantly waiting to see what the company was doing next to get them to be accountable. They are being lazy. I read a review about high turnover, yes, it did exist with peers who weren't willing to change or improve as the company reinvented themselves. There will be more turnover as the pressure is turned on for accountability. Aries will be better as a whole.

Cons

Many employees overstate when they can complete certain tasks. They constantly think that management is pressuring them to do it faster. It was that way years ago, but not anymore. The company has flushed a lot of the poor performers and bad attitudes over the past 2 years. It takes a little longer to do things because of it.
