Pros

Can't think of a lot. The technology is cool, but the technology is cool at a lot of places, these days.

Cons

Huge personnel turnover over the past 5 years continues. Difficult leadership to work with. Constantly changing priorities. Pay and benefits are mediocre. Hope you like a lot of useless meetings, you'll get them here. Zero loyalty. Aries has fired numerous employees with long service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this interesting insight. We take pride in reviewing pay and benefits, and have found us to be in line with local markets at all of our sites. We have done a lot of research ensuring that we are in line. Additionally, we have enhanced our benefits including our vacation and wellness initiatives which go above others. We are pleased to report that some former employees have returned to Aries recently. We would be open to discuss your concerns regarding loyalty directly. I can be reached at 262-446-5605

Pros

I foresee this company growing nicely in the future. The people that i've had the pleasure to work with work very hard and care a great deal about customers internally and externally. Here is a true opportunity for a new engineer to do some real design work and grow skills. Right out of college this place gave me my foot in the door. The projects are interesting, ambitious and fast paced.

Cons

While it is true that Aries is growing and changing for the better, they still have a hard time retaining employees. Project planning is also NOT among Aries' advantages. Sales has in the past sold new products that haven't finished the design process creating an enourmous amount of pressure on engineering to push a given project through the system. This encourages short cuts, scope creep, design flaws, unhappy customers, and unhappy employees.

Pros

Never bored at work - because you're always overloaded with tasks; If you don't like your supervisor, just wait a few months and a replacement will inevitably be assigned; You will definitely be rewarded for working hard - by being assigned even more work; It's ok if you unfortunately lose your mojo and become a low performer, because they have no idea how to get rid of these types of employees; It's easy to keep your job regardless of your abilities or output - just keep saying yes to everything; Entertainment value is very high if you know what good looks like; If you always wondered what it'll be like to operate under a dictatorship, this is the place for you!

Cons

The turnover is extremely high, so the constant wave of newbies makes sure everything continues to be done the hard way. No career path, staff pay is well below market average, and work conditions will severely suppress your self esteem Management at every level of Aries is the absolute worse display of incompetence, leadership, and integrity - intentionally hand-picked by the president himself! The president plays his management staff like a poker game, albeit where the LOWEST hand wins! ARIES - A-bhorrent, R-ancorous, I-rresponsible, E-riee, S-neaky
