Pros

Good people, fun events outside of work. Friendly co-workers who mean well. Benefits costs are nice. Entire facility is climate controlled for the most part.

Cons

Some really good people left this organization in the past 90 days. Turnover has spiked again with no end in sight. I hear my coworkers talk about leaving more than ever. I worry about my job every day now that the one HR we actually liked is gone. Future orders looks weak and customers are not happy. Chaos has increased.

Pros

Some incredible and quality employees. Hard working. Exciting industry to work in. Didnt get to use the fitness room but heard it's nice. Marketing Manager was a great help and a wonderful person. Potential for winning better market share with certain changes that need to be made.

Cons

Leadership is a huge problem. CEO preaches values and accountability but doesn't follow his words. Huge turnover in employees. 80% leaving on there terms. Quality of products has suffered. Many loyal customers have left.

Pros

Improving its business model. Trying to change the old way of doing things. Great employees. Very interesting and challenging products. Definitely willing to move you around in the company. Has a workout room and trainer available for free.

Cons

Lack of experience in the engineering department. Bad documentation of existing products. Sales first mentality. Very bad work life balance. Little to no compensation for the extra time put in.
