Pros

They were implementing open floor plants, strategic furniture placement, and clever storage solutions. They were also using natural light and mirrors that created an illusion of a larger space.

Cons

There's rampant bullying from managers. Working there had been a stressful and degrading experience. The bully managers thought highly of themselves and made their staff suffer. Instead of offering support to help them perform better and learn more about their jobs, they put too much pressure on them.

All my colleagues are really helpful most of the time.

This is the main reason why there is a relatively high turnover rate in this company and why many employees experience burnout.
