      Great Products, EOS is the best operating system on the market.

      Very hard place to work, no policies in the field, would recommend people stay away.

      nice office building food in cafe is good near the highway

      Cons

      CEO has no sales experience yet acts as the "VP of Sales" Engineers get all the respect, everyone else is highly disrespected (mainly from a monetary standpoint) CEO "plays around" with sales incentive program constantly Inside Sales Manager is "checked out" even though everyone else takes their job seriously

      Smart people, company doing well in data center market, growing market share.

      Cons

      Culture, employees rate one another during reviews, company is cheap, low compensation, poor benefits. Does not allow you to work on what you want, even though they tell you can.
