      I'm challenged each day, motivated to do my best and it's a joy coming to work each day! Technically high skilled people Great work/life balance. Excellent benefits and perks. Open atmosphere and work environment.

      Pros

      Arista really has a unique flat culture in my opinion. The motto "from engineers to engineers" is amazingly accurate. People are really smart, approachable and it's very easy to get impressed with your peers. The work is challenging and - mainly - you have tons of opportunities to come up with something new/useful to the company who completely embrace this culture.

      Cons

      * Learning curve is indeed steep. You really need to be comfortable feeling like a newbie for a long time (everyone is very friendly though). * You have to put a lot of effort to learn stuff that only makes sense inside the company.
