Working at Arista Networks is a real pleasure in life. People are smart, ready to help at anytime, come from everywhere in Europe and outside and are socially really open. The office in Dublin is really nice. There is snacks, events and everything you need to be happy including a recreational room. The domains you can work on are multiple (infra, application, routing software, platform software, ...), and this is really good point. You are free to work in any team you want, and free to change of team.

Cons

Arista Netowrks deal with software engineering offices in west coast, and east coast America, Dublin Ireland, Bangalore India. It can be hard, or take time to schedule meeting/agree on solution with every offices sometimes.

Pros

Arista gives you opportunities to learn new things and to become the owner of whatever you have taken up. Management is approachable and problems are solved with ease. The facilities are great, team bonding activities are superb and work-life balance is great. This is indeed a great place to work.

Cons

Difficult to find one. Maybe transport facilities would ease the commute if provided by the company.
