      Startup Environment, Rapidly growing, Lots of work to be done..

      Cons

      If you are not an engineer or in sales then you can forget about a fair salary..The CEO and upper management are completely biased towards engineers..They get special treatment and much more appreciation for their work.. Everything else is an after thought..
