      Pros

      For a newcomer, the level of guidance and mentorship is amazing. You get a chance to interact with amazingly talented people on a daily basis.

      Cons

      We need more tshirts and hoodies and coffee mugs and other arista stuff here at bangalore office !! makes me jealous seeing all ppl who went to US office on business wearing Arista hoodie. :-)

      Pros

      So much of work satisfaction has to do with whom you work with and this place is really a no jerks kind of place. Lots of either smart new grads or experienced people who are not prima donnas and willing to mentor, teach and help others out. Talent is recognized and nurtured

      Cons

      This is not a good fit for everyone, there is not a lot of structure, no micro management or encouragement, you often have to get what you need from your peers. I think some people suffer from the effect I thought I was top notch at company X, looks like I'm middle of the road here... don't feel like the special person my mom told me I am. ( I know I felt this going to grad school )

      Pros

      nice office building food in cafe is good near the highway

      Cons

      CEO has no sales experience yet acts as the "VP of Sales" Engineers get all the respect, everyone else is highly disrespected (mainly from a monetary standpoint) CEO "plays around" with sales incentive program constantly Inside Sales Manager is "checked out" even though everyone else takes their job seriously
