      No regression testing Autonomy to work on both PD and PI Possibility of testing network orchestration software in the future Focus on customer deployment use cases Software quality on code commit is high - it is hard to find bugs - good creative challenge to find bugs that matter

      Nothing directly related to work but in the zone near the traffic-dense Ecospace SEZ is frustrating on some days

      Very good company culture. Management trusts engineers and understands technical difficulties. People are always willing to help. Great opportunities to learn new stuff. Flexible working hours. Possibility of working from home.

      Cons

      The fact that management trusts on the engineers leads to a situation were you have to be able to manage your own efforts. This is not the ideal for every one.
