Arista is a great place to work and i think its the best company i have ever worked with in my whole career. If you are passionate about learning things then you can get countless opportunities at Arista. - No regression work to be done by test team - You get full ownership of your work - Great Development team who are always ready to help and look into the issues observed by test team on priority - Great work culture. - Test team managers both in US and Bangalore are really nice and technically good. I felt really great working with them. No one will interfere in your work if your are delivering your work on time and with quality. - You get to work with the best people in the industry. - There is no local lab in Bangalore, still Arista has done really well in coordinating lab requests in the past and i never felt any issues in getting by testbed setup done. Thanks to people in the US team who help Bangalore team to build the required test topologies on time. - The new Bangalore office is great and has lot of facilities like Gym, Game room etc.
