Pros

Work life balance is a priority to the management, and they genuinely care about their employees and their well-being. Trainings are thorough and they really dive into the work themselves as well instead of feeding you to the sharks. You will always feel supported at this place. The families are amazing and the work itself is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

There isnt a lot of opportunities for team bonding but this was something that was worked towards as soon as I brought it up as a concern to Nicholas.

AZA provides extensive onboarding and training. Slow development of building caseload so you can gain assessment and treatment planning experience. Employees share common values and support each other. Good atmosphere if what you are looking for is team collaboration.

Cons

Might not be good for Bcbas who want to work solo or who don't follow assent based treatment
