This entity is run by people who hired friends of friends, who know nothing about sound business practices or running a business. The original owner hired his son's friend, who in turn hired his good friend. Upper management and administration and practice management all gather and prey on hardworking folks in other departments. There are great folks working in the Lab and smaller divisions, who cover for the "higher ups". High turnover in the Lab, but never reprimanding for management, which is where the problem lies. My position was expected to train an assistant, who made almost 20K more than me, while my workload was double.
