Pros

1. Flat organisation 2. Challenging environment 3.Technology driving company 4.Good work-play balance 5.Innovation and Smart work is appreciated. 6.A very ethical and social concerned organisation, (ARM partnered with UNICEF to develop more meaningful stuff in the IoT space) and I am proud of it.

Cons

1. Compensation and Rewards do not resonate with the "best of the Industry" tag 2. Cross vertical rotation opportunities very difficult 3.Relatively long duration between promotions 4. Salaries do not meet the cost of living standards at least in Cambridge office

Pros

Excellent work environment, strong team efforts, great, supportive management and leaders who promote independent thought, decision making, an career advancement. Great benefits and salary, perks include excellent time off policy which strongly supports work-life balance. All together the best place I have worked in my 20 years of professional employment.

Cons

Sometime tough to get quick decisions as the HQ is in the UK and the operations teams are in the US. Time zone challenges.

Pros

Good Work culture, good compensation especially the RSUs for those who stayed during the Share price increased 10 folds

Cons

poor management, extra curricular activities are given higher priority than actual work for recognition. Lack of good leadership for india

It's good to see people are factoring in RSUs in their compensation package, as it does make a big difference, especially since our stock has performed so well over the years! In regards to management and leadership for India, please do speak with your line manager with any concerns you do have.
