Thanks for leaving a review on your internship with ARM! While housing prices are out of our control, we are currently reviewing our compensation package across all regions and groups, so an increase in salary can certainly offset some of the "sticker shock" that comes with living in an expensive region. Thanks for leaving a review! You're absolutely right that we've struggled with the logistics of headcount growth, and we're working to correct that in both of the facilities and the processes we have in place (HR, IT, etc.). It's one of the few cons to doing so well, we're expanding rapidly to the point we've overgrown our current housing capacity. As noted with previous reviews, we're reviewing the total rewards package across all regions and groups which could address the cost of living factor of Cambridge. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
