The environment is as stress free as I've ever seen. The people you work with our supportive of you and ensuring you have everything you need to succeed at your job. Also, you're working for a company that serves are veterans and active military members, and you can't put a price on that.

Cons

The commute to Leavenworth from Gladstone, Mo is long, but it's worth it.
