Very dysfunctional place to work

Pros

Although not everyone gets along well, there is usually great camaraderie out in the field. "Nothing unites like a common enemy." (Most, if not all, feel/felt treated badly by upper management.)

Cons

I found this online. ***Characteristics of a Bad Employer*** #1 was "Bad reputation of a company". In all my life, I have never seen...heard or known of a company that treats employees so badly, unfairly and unkindly. Arnel has a terrible reputation as an employer. I went on an interview after working for Arnel and during my interview process, I had 3 different people ask my how I stayed with Arnel as long as I did. (They knew of Arnel's reputation.😏) When I was there, there was so much deceit and evil going on, it was scary! It trickles down from the top and they train their Regionals to lie and deceive. (Which is sad #badexamples) They would threaten us with our jobs...constantly. Since I left about 1+ yrs ago, they have lost or fired so many people. Including many from Corporate. HIGH TURNOVER at Arnel happens for a reason. Beware job hunters.

Good Starting Company

Pros

Free Apartment, Multiple Chances at Commissions, You do get a sense of unity with co-workers. New change to upper management, hopefully for the better.

Cons

Pay Sucks, Longer Time Employees make way less than new employees, high turn around rate, over promises and under delivers, and major lack of training, product is not worth the price tag.
