No pros to comment about the company. They only know how to catch hold of employees in India at very less salary

Cons

Nothing to discuss about this company--worst company in present generation. They are loosing their steam in Market. You can analyse the situation of the Company that they update Glassdoor with fake reviews just to attract Employees. Beware, join at your own risk because your salary will be delayed by 2 months every time and you need to beg your salary. They are not even eligible for a single star

Lot of bug fixing in old legacy programs

Cons

no salary on time, no benefits at all no experience letter will be provided, i applied for experience letter six months back and still following up, they are giving lame excuses all the time Never work with them even if they hire you on above market salary, they will suck your blood and eventually you will be fired

- Salary won't be paid on time - Lot of false promises from HR as well from top management - If you have been working onsite like UAE or any gulf countries they will pay you in india not where you have are asked to work - Don't have respect to employees. Use and through mentality always - Always employee will be in the receiving end for all the mistakes done by management.
