Pros
This is one of the worst organisation i have ever seen. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this company. All the good comments that you see are written by the management themself.
Cons
1.Salary never paid on time. When asked they say have you read the company policies. It is very clearly written that we pay salary any day between 1st and 8th. 2. Absolutely no work life balance. 3. They strictly follow a hire and fire policy. 4. Hikes are out of the question. 5. Variable component is never paid. If asked the reply is you need to do extra work to get it. Variable paid is 0. 6. If at all you have a variable component in you CTC then that amount is converted to fixed amount in your next appraisal.()if you are lucky. 7. And the worst issue that i have personally faced - they will not give you experience letter and relieving letter. It is more than 4years since i have left the company and have not received it. I have followed up with the hr but no use. the HR in the organisation is just a dummy. 8. The give very negative reviews about their ex-emplpoyess wen there is a background check. 9. will select 0 stars if there was an option. 10. The full and final settlement is never given or it is given after mutiple follow ups. Some people have got it after 2yrs of follow up. 11. In some of the previous comments there were some points on the onsite allowance not given on time which is absolutely true.
