Pros

ARRAY has a long history of being family focused with a drive to retain a healthy work-life balance, which is difficult in a fast-growing company. Having a large contingent of retired and former military and government civilians creates a natural focus on customer satisfaction and providing the very best value solutions for our valued customers.
