Pros

They treat employees with respect here. They solicit and really value your ideas on how to always make the company move forward and grow. Love the flex time and work life balance. Awesome company events plus you can get discounted tickets for events, theme parks etc.

Cons

Insurance is a pricey but insurance costs are constantly on the rise everywhere.

Management has been great to work with and there is a steady balance of work/life. The team will always be there for you and everybody wants each other to succeed.

Cons

As long you do your part, there really aren't any cons I can think of.

Pros

Excellent management that genuinely cares about the people that work for ARRAY. Leadership is honest and trustworthy. Leadership has built and continues to improve an environment that allows us to put customer delivery first and in a social and fun setting. It is not perfect, but management listens and makes positive changes.

Cons

Contract work has inherent challenges.
