Pros
Not being employed with this company any longer.
Cons
1) This is pretty much a cold-calling job. And all the Arrive branches share the same cold calling lists, so you end up annoying the other party. 2)The company experiences high turnover rates due to job demands and expectations, and clearly shows because they set up monthly orientation training classes. 3) The job is described as a "salary" job, but not during the 3 month training period. One still has to clock in and out, and if you want to get out for lunch, you will get concerning looks. 4) You will get free food, drinks, a "calm" app, and other tactics to lure you into staying at your desk for the full 10 hour work day. 5) San Antonio branch management enables and condones an unhealthy work environment with on-the-job alcoholic drinks, and will look the other way if whistleblowers bring to attention the use of substances on the job. Not the best environment if you are a recovering addict.
