Frat culture. You will hear lot's of racism and bigotry in conversations on the floor, and there is no one in the company to bring these issues up with. Management is very vague on commission and there is a common feeling around the floor that there is something shady going on. Managers will micromanage you and expect you to work nights and weekends, while also nearly holding your job over your head. Statements like "make sure to work hard in this economy, you're blessed to have a job right now" - nearly threatening employees that they work extra hours to keep their job mid-pandemic. The executive team is comprised of mostly close friends (Minus the CFO) and is not diverse in any way. Diversity is very rare in the entire company to be quite honest.

Recruiting and learning and development team does anything they can to get you sucked in. Make sure you completely understand the commission structure before starting day 1 at Arrive. Get it in writing very clear when your commission will start and when you will be paid for commission.
