      Pros

      Potential to make a lot of money if you play the politics right

      Cons

      They absolutely do not care about their employees. You could the entire up-line rooting for you and calling you their golden boy, then one bad day and they're treating you like bottom of the barrel and toss you to the side. They don't really care about their employees and are mostly looking for cookie cutter employees who will just take whatever and not ask questions.

      Uncapped comission thats about it - if you can figure it out.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible - all young guys, Churn and burn high turnover. Industry and co-workers are brutal, if you can pick another company to work for do it!

      Cons

      Favoritism is real. The industry has seen decreasing margins every quarter for the past few years. The work culture promotes taking accounts from coworkers and will burn you out.
