Pros

Will give someone with no experience a chance My direct manager was pretty solid Entry into the professional world Ages 21-30 great environment to make friends Free food Mondays and Fridays People who stick it out 4+ years will probably do well for themselves

Cons

Cares more about how many dials you make compare regardless of how well you are crushing your quota Quota is not really reasonable after month 8 by organic growth unless accounts are given to you by people who quit Overworked for account acquisition and operating the account. Focusing too much on one will keep you from hitting your sales goals in the other Most of my peers quit at a year or less Promotions don’t really grow any skills in your career, you’re doing the same tasks as day one on the floor “Promotion” criteria not realistic in a 2 year span in the current market Changed compensation which would have caused me to lose on almost half of my commission SLT response to being unhappy with their decisions was typically “you need to find your purpose and grind so things will be better in the future” 50 hour work weeks and weekend shift expectations Most employees I talked to afraid of being fired next Sales floor is a big cafeteria style of computers on a long table and you’re close enough to the person next to you to touch the person to your right and left Too many recurring meetings to talk about the same KPIs

Pros

Gaslighting. Manipulation. Lip service to mental health, inclusion, etc. Occasional food, but its often late.

Cons

Toxic sales environment bleeds over everywhere. High expectation for you to burn yourself out so execs & investors can make more money off their pyramid scheme.

Toxic Pyramid Scheme

Pros

- fun office - good people - casual dress - good office location - catered lunch friday and breakfast monday - they really do want you to succeed - good mentors

Cons

- Bad pay - Barely any PTO, and is common for it not to be approved even if you do have it. - Awful hours, expected to work 7am - 4 sometimes 5 with a 30 minute max lunch break - Bad work life balance - Endless drama, relationships, and overall aggressive work environment - No work from home offered until 1 year - Everyone is trying to leave Long story short, Arrive offers little to no pros except a job itself . If you're in college or a recent graduate and are having trouble finding a position in this market it can be an okay entry level job. But the company is one big pyramid scheme. They are trying to make as much money off of you as they can with little to no benefit to you. The company is constantly changing their commission, rules, structure, training, etc. Logistics is a difficult industry and it is easy to get burnt out eventually, but Arrive almost wants you to. I gained experience which helped me secure a new position so I am happy I did it, but I don't recommend the company itself.
