My direct managers were the only reason I managed to stay in such a toxic environment.

Cons

Stuck In their own ways. Penny pushers that won't let sales even use an updated CRM. Too many bosses. Not easy to advance. They make you take so many certifications and diversity online tests just to say they are a diverse company and care about every employee.

Exceeding sales goals can create a well paid environment.

Cons

Culture is very negative. Upper management takes 0 responsibility for anything. Unrealistic workload. Good performance earns more and more work most of the time without increased pay. Exceeding yearly sales goals causes unachievable sales goals the following year. Which in turn can cause a large pay decrease. Also, managements handling of the pandemic has not been exemplary. Company is rushing its workforce to 100% in office work weeks for positions that do not require it in any way.

Arrow bought us out. Loved my job before they came along. Loved the people that I worked with. Everyone did their jobs quite well and efficiently. Little to no drama. Great place (before Arrow)

Cons

Arrow is a plague to the workforce. They make up employee short-comings in order to get rid of you. 3 fantastic employees were fired for minuscule reasons in order to not pay for their severances when they shut our facility down. While horrible performing upper management does a terrible job and contributes nothing to the future of the company continue to move up to make worse decisions. I'm glad they shut down our facility, greatest thing that happened to my personal well-being.
