It's a job... If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

Cons

Extremely high turn over rate of employee's and management. In 2 years, we had 3 different GM, and I cant even count how many Sup's or leads! No real organization, just run assets as told, then get chewed our for missing SLA.

The people they hire were very friendly.

Cons

So disorganized it was laughable. All services are being outsourced to India. Need help with accounting you have to ask the Indian team after you fill out 4 different forms and get your managers signature. It's the same for operations, sales, any department. The benefits are TERRIBLE. Worst I've ever had.
