Pros

For the most part the people there are great. Very hard workers, dedicated, good to work with. Sales group is strong. Good facilities. Relaxed environment. Pay is competitive, benefits are strong.

Cons

There are some real bad apples in management, especially in the finance groups, they are outwardly hostile towards the sales groups and resent having to support them. Constantly reorg-ing the home office groups and letting go really strong people. Finance has dictated planned headcount reductions in 2016, they are spread out throughout the year so that they are not considered wholesale "layoffs" and therefore the company doesn't have to pay severance.

Good people to work with Good Work hours Consistent 40 Hour Weeks Lots of different functions to learn If you are a computer person this is the kind of place you want to be

Cons

Starting pay is 10.25hr Management does not give you reviews often enough to get any raises Work load is greater than what you are paid for Management is almost non-existent and any needs the warehouse need tend to get pushed aside.
