Old School Mentality of "I don't care what the data says make it happen"

Pros

The corporate office is getting renovated, so it is starting to look more fresh, open and airy and less bleak. Great cafeteria for employees. Some good people; you'll find them with their heads down.

Cons

Management is very old school, male-centric, top down "What I say goes" and "Make it happen or you are fired" mentality. And if you can't make it happen, the will do just that.

Management Is Very Short Sighted

Pros

Some flexibility in when and where you can work from. Compensation is about average. They are trying to be forward thinking.

Cons

Raises are pitiful even when they tell you how essential and valued you are. Management operates without ANY consultation with employees - and they really don't seem to have any idea what individual contributors value. Management places zero value on actual experience, they seem to think that a fresh out is just as valuable as an employee with decades of experience.

All my coworkers were great, we all felt like we were on a sinking ship together. I miss them and think of them fondly.

Cons

Company hates its employees. The heath insurance is terrible and the building is poorly maintained.

It's been about two years since this review was written, and since then, we have revisited our health plans (and offer what we believe to be a competitive plan.) Additionally, we are currently building a new building within Colorado, and are excited to be moving members of the Arrow family there next September. Although it looks like you are no longer with the company, we do wish you the best for your future endeavors.
