Pros

Flexible shifts, management is friendly, breaks are always encouraged, super clean and stocked breakroom. Everyone is super supportive and you never feel alone with conflict with parents or questions you may have.

Cons

The hours are based on the local school hours and shifts are weekends and after local school hours. If you have kids I could see how this might not be the best fit. However, the hours open up a lot in the summer and are every weekday. I've never had an issue with the hours but this is something that could potentially become an issue for others.

Pros

Mission aligned and people care. Great products. I also like the hybrid schedule.

Cons

It's expensive in San Diego, but there are limited positions available outside HQ.
