      There are some good people there that I think only stay because there is nothing else in Naples

      Cons

      Change-averse culture, value tenure over performance. Do not hold people with tenure accountable. Use Predictive Index to hire yes-people. I was an exception because I was needed to push something through, but they fought me every step of the way. Every day was a battle, bullying, disheartening. HR hires people who don't "overstep their bounds" and who they can "keep in line". So, if you are a sheep, without any initiative or ideas, you will feel right at home here and be protected. If you have a brain and want to initiate change, this place will destroy your spirit.

      Free lunch, free healthcare lots of other perks.

      Cons

      Management has no clear direction, they kept hiring at a fast rate and are now replacing everyone with indian consultants. Making work environment miserable for current employees to force them out.

      Growing Quickly into Another Corporate Environment

      Pros

      - Free health care for single individuals - Gym reimbursement - Limited tuition reimbursement - Free lunch meals; however, this is slowly going away. Mainly pre-made sandwiches now

      Cons

      - Expensive health care for families compared to other surrounding companies - The IT department is being replaced by consultants, much of which come from outside the US - Management coming from fortune 500 companies are getting rid of these full time employees that have dedicated years to the company - Sense of feeling insecure while working here with all these new corporate changes - Traffic is getting really bad as the small town of Naples isn't ready for this growing giant
