good pay good benefits great employees fast paced enviroment 401k profit sharing all kinds of insurances company christmas party christmas bonusus

Cons

understaffed and would get temorarys in flocks high turnover if u just hired good people from the beggining there would b no problems they stress quality but when u get flocks of tems that are just there for pay check makes it hard

Pros

Good Benefits, great people to work with very willing to help you out when you need it, good management

Cons

Sometimes can get over worked due to having to work a lot of overtime. Union dues (closed shop), takes a lot of time to get things fixed when there are problems
