Pros

Great atmosphere and the people are fantastic. It provides a great work environment.

Cons

They don't pay as much as they should and rely on profit sharing or bonus to make up the difference. That doesn't happen as often as it should.

Pros

Good pay easy work and can easily work 60+ hrs a week if you want great management on 2nd shift ( don't know about 1st or 3rd) good work environment and great benefits

Cons

Might have to work 7 days a week not a con for me I love money but some find it a inconvience
