      Pros

      Amazing results attracting smart and talented people. Compensation significantly above Vancouver average salary. Absolute transparency allowing employees to learn how Article successfully implemented a business model that most companies are failing to emulate. Work-life balance with a wonderful office with huge windows to the mountains overlooking Strathcona Park. Culture of focus and flow, where you can work for hours without being interrupted.

      Cons

      Rail tracks at the back - sometimes you'll need to wait 15 mins to cross the street. Dogs at the office are super quiet and well behaved but some people with allergies might struggle a bit.

      Pros

      Article is a rapidly growing company with ambitious plans to continue this growth. The opportunity to generate and implement new ideas is huge and there is a strong culture in upper management of encouraging new ways of thinking and working.

      Cons

      Usual growing pains from a company undergoing a large expansion in both business function and head count e.g. office space, under developed processes etc. While these challenges may prove difficult for someone looking for a role with more structure it does make the company an attractive option for someone looking to influence the direction of the company.
