3yThank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m sorry to hear your comments around potential favoritism. In our recent bi-annual internal survey, we saw an overwhelmingly positive sentiment towards fairness and camaraderie.
With the recent Reduction in Force - coming out of a period of intense growth was difficult and represented its own variety of challenges, including a change post-pandemic in customer demand.
