We’re happy you felt your compensation and vacation were competitive. We’re sad to hear about the 10 hour days, this isn’t the balance we’re trying to achieve. Not knowing what area of the business you worked in makes it hard to forward on this feedback. But we’re committed to collecting feedback from our Particles and using this to continue to improve their employee experience. You’re correct, our founders are not from the furniture business, they’re engineers, who are obsessed with solving problems and doing things differently.
