      •fired most the staff because they weren’t making enough money •some of the managers played favourites and displayed odd behaviour towards some staff

In our recent bi-annual internal survey, we saw an overwhelmingly positive sentiment towards fairness and camaraderie. With the recent Reduction in Force - coming out of a period of intense growth was difficult and represented its own variety of challenges, including a change post-pandemic in customer demand.       In 2022, supply chain issues led to the layoff of 18% of staff. The fast-paced nature of the business was not met by demand.

      We appreciate your feedback. It’s great to hear that your compensation and our company culture were positive influences on your time here. Throughout the pandemic, we paused Senior Leader visits to our warehouses including those from Aamir, our co-founder/ CEO. They are, however, back to traveling again to our locations, for visits that include ridealongs, days in the warehouse, and open forum discussions to ensure our Particles are heard. - Carlyn
