      Flexable work schedual, good benefits

      Cons

      Management is a few high school graduates that are all friends, pay is very low, extreamly high turn over, people are often fired for no apparent reason (this is a work-at-will state). The company says there is no funds for activities, however the Europe companies have HUGE parties almost weekly.

      Pros

      Good stuff to learn and improve your skills. Can have a better opportunities with other employers later.

      Cons

      Work 24/7 with no extra pay. Then they ditch you if you are unhappy (of course you are), no sick time.

      Overtime and experience(you learn a 3 peoples job) to get better opportunity elsewhere.

      Cons

      management is horrible, you have to be managers or supervisors "buddy" for you to get a promotion, no good relationships, they talk about temp workers like disposables and fired lot of arvato employees this year to get temps. arvato employees haven't got a raise since 3 years ago. senior management are rude and don't bother to see the potential neither your resume even if you their job.
