      I did not come across anything positive here

      Cons

      too many restrictions.. they dont respect their employees : - they have security guards at the entrance who check everything in and out of your bags. - they do not allow employees to carry phone inside the office - too much politics - managers keep spying on your machines and may fire you for no reason.. You will feel enslaved there...

      Pros

      Team Leaders and Managers are good. Thinks lot about team members. Sometime spent from their own pocket to motivate their team members.

      Cons

      People in management are there from decades or half decades and they think that decision made by them are right. They are not acceptable to change. Appraisal is very transparent means its pre-decided and pre-known to everybody. Their are only few people who gets good appraisal and rest gets penuts.
