      Pros

      It really is a "people company". The kind of place where everybody is important and treated like the best thing since sliced bread. Satisfaction and exit surveys are actually acted on, processes are transparent, you can easily speak with everyone from CEO to interns and the parties/ events are pretty epic. Probably the best company I've worked in.

      Cons

      Some processes are still unstructured which works on some level but not on others. A lot of growing pains visible as indicative of a growing company.

      Pros

      This organisation pays really well. One of the few organisation which still provides cabs to its agents. Has some big names as the clients

      Cons

      Key decisions are taken by one person and is not a collaborative effort. At times this leads to wrong decisions. Very rigid in terms of changing with time. Data integrity rules are flouted Less focused on the employee satisfaction

      Pros

      - You work with a strategic client. - The service you are delivering and product are interesting. - Good working relationship between management and staff. - Calm working environment.

      Cons

      - It's an outsourced project, very limited focus on training, development and promoting initiative and more on compliance with procedures and hitting targets. - Bonus structure doesn't reward overachievers. - Promotion is less based on performance but more on a succesful interview, which is conducted as if you're an external candidate. - Limited number of opportunities of career advancement ( internal openings).
