      Treated like a robot and not a person !!!

      Pros

      Most co workers were nice. Salary was okay and average. Training was great.

      Cons

      Per 8 hour shift we were only allowed a maximum of 7 minutes to go to the toilet and get tea or coffee. Problems with computer system almost constantly crashing and freezing up. Having to take notes in wordpad. Also being told that if the computer system does this just ignore it and continue taking calls anyway. We had to log it in later. Also sometimes not being able to take short breaks or lunch due to many customers calling.

      Pros

      Great support to employees, close management styles, working for GCS you have a lot of "goods" and flexibility on your day to day tasks

      Cons

      Being on outsourcing company means that as a team leader you have a very limited decision making range. Also, the lack of access to the client internal information makes the wrk a bit difficult sometimes
